RentMaster™ allows you to maximize the efficiency of your business through the creation of product sets corresponding to frequently grouped items for parties and other events. For example, the set "Small Party" would contain products common to all small parties, such as a venue and a specific number of tables and chairs. When you add the "Small Party" set to an order or quote, RentMaster™ automatically adds the inventory items associated with the set to the order or quote and adjusts the inventory accordingly.
From the Main Menu, click [Inventory] > Show Sets. The [Sets] tab appears.
Click [Add Set] at the bottom of the program window. The Set Information form appears.
Enter a unique identifier for the set in the Code field. Fill in the rest of the form as required.
Click [OK] to save your changes and close the form. Add products to the set as outlined in Managing Items in Product Sets.
