RentMaster's™ advanced customer management features allows you to organize, track, and classify customer information:
Customers can be organized into default or customized "type" categories (See Customize Form Drop-Down Menu Contents)
Each customer can have multiple addresses with separate delivery and map information
Each customer record provides access to its order history and payment status
You can enter a new order directly from a customer record
You can use the field customization option in Customize Form Drop-Down Menu Contents to block certain zip codes from your service area
You can print mailing labels for selected customer mailouts, print selected customer records (see Report Management), and export customer information into other programs (see Export Management).
