Configuration Workflow for New Users

You will see a blank interface upon opening RentMaster™ for the first time. The general steps for navigating and configuring the program are:

 

  1. View and Delete Sample Data

Navigate through RentMaster™ to view, and then delete, sample data. [More]

  1. Configure Company Information

Specify default company, taxation, delivery, and rental agreement information. [More]

  1. Configure User Settings

Specify user and password information and program startup behavior. [More]

  1. Optional: Configure Program Settings

Customize the interface and add, edit, and delete form drop-down menu contents. [More]

  1. Configure Product Categories

Specify product categories and subcategories. [More]

  1. Enter Products

Enter products under their associated categories and/or subcategories. [More]

  1. Enter Inventory

Enter inventory for products on hand. [More]

  1. Optional: Create Product Sets

Organize products into event, venue, or other standard product sets. [More]

  1. Enter Customers
